Stephan Hesslich is the operator of this Blog (“Blog Operator”) and the main author (“Author”). Users (“Users”) have the possibility to comment on the Contents and to discuss directly with the Author or other Users about the Contents (“Comment”).

The following terms of use regulate the relationship between the Blog Operator and the Users.

Content of the Blog

The Blog Operator does not take any responsibility for the up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness or quality of the Contents being published in this Blog. The Blog Operator explicitly reserves the right to modify, change, amend, and delete parts of the Blog or the complete Blog without any prior announcement. The Blog Operator also reserves the right to stop publishing temporarily or definitely.

Rules of Commenting

Each User is responsible for his/her own Comment. The Blog Operator does not adopt the Users’ Comments and is not responsible for the correctness, legitimacy or the form of the Comments which have been published by the Users.
The Comment function shall allow level-headed and objective discussions. References without clearly stating its source are not allowed in Comments. Links to other website must relate to the topic of the post or Comment. The Blog Operator reserves the right to deny publishing a Comment or to delete it, if it is not in line with above Rules of Commenting or with the general rules of respectful and polite public conversations.

Copyright

The Contents are copyright reserved. All duplications, alterations, distribution and other use of the Blog’s Contents require a prior written agreement by the Blog Operator. The User has the sole responsibility that no rights of third parties are violated by the published Comments, including personal rights, copyright and intellectual property rights, and other rights. Therefore, the User is obliged to check carefully if rights of third parties could be violated before submitting a Comment.

Data Privacy

For the use of the Comment function the Users register name and email address. The User’s email address will not be published or used for any commercial purposes. The User information will be used to relate the Comments to the respective User and is therefore always connected to the User’s Comment. The data is only stored and used for conducting the Blog and only as long as the Blog is operated.
